# Warehouses

> Warehouse management in ONELOX

## Introduction

Warehouses are the main source of Inventory and the target of Delivery Notes.\
Every Warehouse usually belongs to a Fulfiller integration and can be used by
all Data Source integrations in the same ONELOX Client.

## Using Warehouses

After creating a Warehouse and adding it to a Fulfiller integration, it may then be
attached to one or more Data Source integrations.

<Tip>
  Many Integrations, both of Fulfiller and Data Source type, create their own initial Warehouse(s)
  automatically. \
  You can of course always create your own additional Warehouses later on.
</Tip>

Each Data Source may also have multiple Warehouses assigned, but only one primary, or default,
Warehouse is allowed.

### Routing Delivery Notes to Warehouses

All incoming Delivery Notes will automatically be routed to the default Warehouse configured for the integration.\
When a specific Warehouse is set for a Delivery Note during import, it will be routed accordingly.

As long as a Delivery Note has not been transferred to the Fulfiller integration connected to the Warehouse,
the Delivery Note's target Warehouse can still be changed.

### Inventory

Data Source integrations will use all Inventory from their assigned Warehouses when transferring data.

You can check and search a Warehouse's current Inventory in the "Warehouses" tab.

## Warehouse Statuses

A Warehouse may be in one of the following statuses:

* `Active`
* `Inactive`
* `Blocked`

### Active

An active Warehouse can be used in all operations and is fully functional.

### Inactive

An inactive Warehouse can be used in all operations. Use this status to mark a Warehouse
for later deactivation or deletion without affecting current processes.

### Blocked

A blocked Warehouse is not eligible for Delivery Note operations. While you may still
route Delivery Notes into a blocked Warehouse, <strong>they will not be transmitted to the connected Fulfiller integration</strong>.

<Warning>
  Attempting to block a Warehouse while it still has unfulfilled Delivery Notes assigned will result in an error.
</Warning>
