Integration types

ONELOX supports two types of integration: a Data Source and a Fulfiller.

Data Sources

A Data Source is a system that provides Product and Delivery Note data to ONELOX.
In return, ONELOX transfers Shipment and Tracking data as well as Inventory data.
Think of a Data Source as the heart of your ONELOX client: without it, there is nothing ONELOX can interact with!

Fulfillers

A Fulfiller is a system that provides Shipment and Inventory data to ONELOX.
In return, ONELOX transfers Product and Delivery Note data.

Synchronization

ONELOX uses interval based synchronization mechanisms to transfer data between systems.

FAQ

Q: I have multiple source systems, like a Shop and an ERP system, that I have to integrate with my single fulfiller. Can ONELOX do that for me?
Yes! This is one of the main purposes of ONELOX. Many Data Source integrations may share a common Fulfiller’s warehouse that is then used by ONELOX to transfer data.
